The dashboard provides information on loans and deposits, collected from credit institutions. Data are available on loan stocks, new drawdowns, new agreements and annualised agreed rates. Loans to households are broken down by purpose of loan. For consumer credit, there is also information on collateral. New drawdowns of loans to non-financial corporations are broken down by size of loan. Deposits are broken down in deposits with agreed maturity, investment deposits and overnight deposits.
Dashboard: Holdings of securities issued by Finnish residents
The dashboard contains ownership data on securities issued by Finnish residents. The data are part of the ECB’s Securities Holdings Statistics. In addition, the Bank of Finland’s investment fund statistics have been used as a source. The statistics include country- and sector-specific holdings of securities. The statistics do not, however, include the securities holdings of euro area central banks.

Dashboard: Indicators of structural vulnerabilities in the banking sector
The dashboard features the risk indicators for the systemic risk buffer (SyRB) requirement, which are used in assessing structural vulnerabilities in the Finnish financial and banking system. The indicators are based on aggregated data concerning the credit institutions sector, lending and indebtedness.
Dashboard: Financial cycle indicators
The dashboard features the risk indicators for assessing the need to set a countercyclical capital buffer (CCyB) requirement for Finnish credit institutions. The indicators are used in determining the phase of the credit or financial cycle and in identifying trends which, in the worst case, could lead to a banking or financial crisis. The Board of the Financial Supervisory Authority may impose a CCyB requirement if it judges that there is a significant risk of an overheating of the credit or financial cycle.
